Approach The Interfaith Council of Contra Costa County (I4C) is an autonomous local organization solely governed by its own Executive Committee, elected by the membership at the Council’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee meets monthly. Much of the Council’s work is carried on by committees, appointed as needed to care for specialized tasks.
